An audio recording on compact disc of Church Lectures 15 and 16 of the Living Light Philosophy, given through the mediumship of Richard P. Goodwin on January 7 and February 4, 1973.
CL 15: Man, The Universe: “For many years . . . friends through the world of spirit have repeatedly asked that we broaden our horizons, that we expand our consciousness, that we be more receptive to the possibilities and the probabilities, that life is not only eternal but that life is everywhere . . . What inside of us could possibly entertain the thought that we and we alone are the only evolved intelligent beings in all of God’s universes?”
CL 16: Attention and Energy: “If it is true and nature herself demonstrates that truth—that everything is the effect of directed energy, then it behooves man to choose wisely what he is directing his thought to.”

An audio recording on compact disc of Church Questions and Answers 15 of the Living Light Philosophy, given through the mediumship of Richard P. Goodwin on June 7, 1981.
CQA 15: “Fear is not a conscious function. . . fear is an emotional reaction based upon the seeming unknown. . . judgment in the human mind is not possible without the foundation of past experience. . . mathematics is the principle of perfect balance. . . We cannot understand what we have not first accepted, and we cannot first accept what we do not make an effort to understand. . . when we make the effort to control our breath, we will control our thought. And then this vehicle, designed for our soul to express through, will move where our soul inspires it to move. . . when our hindsight becomes our foresight, we will in truth gain insight. . . If we cannot or will not make the effort to control our breath, then it is of no benefit to attempt to control our thought, to control our mind. . . duty is based upon the Law of Personal Responsibility. . . gratitude is the door through which abundant good doth flow . . . Let us have no desire greater than the power that brings us truth.”

The Serenity Association, in conjunction with Living Light Books, is pleased to present The Living Light Dialogue Volume 15, given through the mediumship of Richard P. Goodwin.
The Living Light Dialogue Volume 15 is 512 pages and contains 20 spiritual awareness classes, including A/V CP 16 through A/V CP 35. These classes are a continuation of the private classes, known as the A/V Class Private teachings, which were given through the mediumship of Mr. Richard P. Goodwin to a group of students of the Living Light Philosophy at the Serenity Association temple. Because these classes are advanced teachings, it may be helpful to be familiar with some or all of the previously published classes. These teachings have spiritual exercises, including the cleansing breath, as well as affirmations that are very helpful for anyone who endeavors take control of their mind and unfold spiritually. Common themes throughout this volume include recognizing that all of life's experiences are direct effects of the forms in mental substance that are being fed, how to stop our over-identification with established mental patterns, and encouraging students to make the daily effort to separate truth from creation. For information on the topics discussed in this volume, please see the class synopses on the Catalog page.

An audio recording on compact disc of the Consciousness Class given through the mediumship of Richard P. Goodwin on March 15, 1984.
Two paths of thinking: reason or judgment, thinking or wishing. Comparison, denial, and judgment. Why we say something is difficult. Solidifying an obstruction. An understanding of aging. Separation and comparison. Inward thinking. Struggle and outward thinking. Why we often cannot see the good. As long as you look outside. Physical manifestation and mental substance. Attainment and loss. When we understand the vehicle that our formless, free spirit is using, we can guide it more intelligently. Something that is missing. What we must give up that we may be what we truly are. The path of looking inward. By keeping our eye single. The way out is the way in. The Law of Identity. Reliving an experience. The purpose of these classes. The purpose of law. Overidentification can reactivate laws. Overidentification with self, self-concern, and self-love. There are no words to get a person to stop thinking of themselves; they must make the effort. Overidentification is expressed as concern. “We have to struggle so much to get what we think we don’t have because we deny what we are.” Believing what we think we are. There is no happiness in believing we are creation. Separate that which you are from that which you think you are. We have not come to Earth to be manipulated by some mind, but we give them that power by our dependence upon them. Acceptance is the will of goodness. Denial and dependence. Fear. When we overidentify, we separate. A spiritual exercise. The path to freedom. We are responsible for our creations.

An audio recording on compact disc of the Consciousness Class given through the mediumship of Richard P. Goodwin on July 15, 1976.
A discussion on the great white Light. A readjustment of our priority values. Attachment to form. Each effort that is made here and now is saving centuries of experiences in the hereafter. Becoming the driver. Man is responsible for what he does with what he receives. Application. The detriments of meditation. Accepting a greater authority. Total acceptance. The greatest truth ever revealed. When you face a level for what it is. A spiritual exercise to learn about oneself. Giving and loaning. The Law of Personal Responsibility. The symphony of the spheres. Over identification with the self and balanced identification.
